Leica CL vs Leica Q what is your choice?

Often times, I was asked through my blog or SNS what they have to pick between Leica Q and Leica CL. Of course, I can’t make a decision for someone else but I could tell from my own experience.

First off, with Leica Q, you can’t change lens, so if you’re not happy with fixed focal length 28mm or 35mm range, you might check out Leica CL. But if you’re happy with those two focal length, Leica Q is the best option you could get with reasonable(?) price.

If you are Leica M lens fanatic like me, you might want to check out Leica CL over Leica Q. It appear that Leica CL is best optimized for Leica M lens as opposed to its dedicated AF lens, Leica TL lens.

Check out the link below for more information. It’s written in Korean but you would have the idea from photo examples.
