Seoul Photo Workshop: Street Photography Photowalk, Tips & Editing

Hi, this is photographer Allan.

Over the past few years, I’ve been running photography workshops for Korean participants, as well as 1-on-1 hands-on photography classes. Starting in 2026, I’m planning to launch a photo workshop for visitors traveling to Korea.

The Allan Kim Photo Workshop runs for about 2 hours and includes the following:

  1. Street photography etiquette in Korea
  2. Street photography tips
  3. Recommended camera settings for street photography (using your own digital camera)
  4. Actual photo shooting session
  5. Wrap-up session (about 30 minutes)
  6. We’ll finish at a nearby café where I’ll demonstrate some basic editing in Adobe Lightroom and we can have a casual Q&A about photography and shooting experiences.

To keep the workshop personal and interactive, each session will be limited to a maximum of 5 participants.

The location may vary depending on the season, but we’ll typically meet at some of Seoul’s best street photography spots.

Fee: 125,000 KRW (includes coffee; credit cards accepted)

Workshops will be scheduled once at least 3 participants request a session.
